Post-Fukushima Stories


I am from Chiba, but my father is from Fukushima and my grandparents lived in Iwaki, Fukushima.  I always visited Fukushima during winter and summer vacation. They always gave us a feast from the sea when we visited. Sashimi, abalones, crabs and angler-fish hot pot. My grandfather used to be a fisherman. My grandmother worked at kamaboko factory.  Below is a photo I took when I went fishing with my family.  My father caught a rock-trout so I took a photo with my disposable camera.
